Job Summary:

Independence Pet Group (IPG) is seeking a mid-levelGraphic Designerto bring our brands to life across digital and print touchpoints.You'lljoin a collaborative creative team alongside three senior designers, supporting a portfolio of well-known pet insurance brands, including Figo, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, AKC Pet Insurance, and Pets Plus Us. This role focuses on designing smart, engaging, on-brand creative in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.

The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-obsessed designer who thrives in collaboration, valuescraft, andunderstands howstrong designsupports bigger marketing goals across both B2C and B2B audiences.You'recomfortable taking creative direction, learning from experienced designers, and translating strategy into clean, thoughtful execution across channels. Main Responsibilities:

  • Independently design and iterate on existing marketing materials across digital and print channels,demonstratinga growing mastery of each brand's visual language

  • Support a portfolio of pet insurance brands including Figo, ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, AKC Pet Insurance, and Pets Plus Us across DTC and Partnership marketing channels

  • Collaborate closely with creativedirector,three senior designers,and cross-functional marketing partners

  • Lead small-to-moderate design projects under the guidance ofcreative director andsenior designers, managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Translate creative direction, briefs, and brand standards into polished visual executions

  • Develop layouts and visual concepts, presenting work for review and approval

  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully to refine work and improve outcomes

  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables

  • Support production needs such as image resizing, color correction, copy updates, and file preparation

  • Source photography and visual assets with strong attention to detail and brandguidelines

  • Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to improve design processes, workflows, or efficiencies

  • Work independently on moderately complex projects and seek guidance on higher-complexity initiatives as needed

  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and contribute to team brainstorming and problem-solving

Skills & Qualifications

  • Creative thinker with a passion forgreat designand enthusiasm for working on a collaborative team

  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma experience strongly preferred
