• Provide direct clinical services to individuals exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both remote sessions and community interactions.
• Actively participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, fostering collaboration to achieve collective goals, and improving overall efficiency in service delivery.
• Work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting their traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles while delivering effective treatment.
• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies while functioning within established financial and health care systems.
• Continuously improve clinical skills and treatment outcomes through ongoing professional development and teamwork.
• Identify and promptly report unsafe situations, implementing safety measures as required.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, creating integrated care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, ensuring appropriateness of service delivery throughout the client’s experience, including admissions and discharges.
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned to provide crisis intervention and support when required.
• Contribute actively to quality improvement committees and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery within the agency.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will serve a diverse client base, including individuals facing complex and challenging mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, crisis management, and treatment of assigned populations is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven organizational and planning capabilities to manage caseloads effectively.
• Knowledge of age-related and developmental issues across various populations is vital to ensuring client-centered care.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, enhancing your ability to communicate with a broader client base.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
