• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering rapport and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and stability, schedule next appointments, and determine discharge plans when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and evaluate tailored, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care, ensuring continuity and quality of services.

Our client base includes a diverse group of individuals and families seeking mental health support. You will provide services to different age groups, addressing a range of mental health issues in a community health clinic setting that prioritizes minimal restriction and individualized care.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) is required.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfort and experience conducting thorough intake assessments.

• An additional certification in specialty areas of mental health counseling is highly regarded.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting that engages with complex client needs.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Annual salary between USD 75,000 and 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
