This position offers a flexible work setting, allowing you to operate remotely while still being an integral part of our supportive community health clinic team. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule, working primarily Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client needs. • Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and thorough progress notes, treatment updates, and assessment records.
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to identify the mental health needs of new clients and collaborate with them in formulating individualized treatment strategies.
• Engage in peer supervision and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery and share insights with fellow clinicians.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

You will work with a varied client population that includes adults, children, and families facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. • Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience specifically in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in direct psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (with a focus on Excel), and communication platforms such as Outlook.
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and providing direct mental health services to individuals and families.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be highly regarded. Familiarity with treatment planning software and a strong willingness to engage in ongoing educational opportunities will further enhance your candidacy.
