Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at a Correctional Behavioral Health care clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this full-time remote position, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as telehealth options. Your expertise will help us further our mission to address and improve mental health care accessibility in our community.

Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working collaboratively with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. The work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing consistent support and monitoring progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels understood and valued, while actively collaborating with a team to further our organizational mission.
  • Leverage creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate client goal attainment and personal growth.
  • Prepare thorough documentation for each therapy session in alignment with clinic guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
  • Coordinate care and collaborate with case managers, families, and educational and medical personnel to create a holistic support network for clients.

Qualifications
