Job Description

We are seeking driven, coachable, and energetic In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, inspect roofing and gutter needs, educate customers on solutions, and help them make informed decisions to protect their homes.

This is a high-income opportunity with company-provided leads — no cold calling required. Appointments are pre-set and generated daily by the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners
  • Inspect and assess roofing, gutter, and gutter protection needs
  • Present roofing systems, gutter installations, and gutter guard solutions using a structured sales process
  • Educate homeowners on materials, warranties, financing options, installation timelines, and long-term value
  • Build trust and provide customized recommendations based on the homeowner’s needs
  • Close sales and consistently work toward monthly revenue goals
  • Follow up with homeowners and ensure an excellent customer experience from consultation to installation
