• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with clients through regular therapeutic interactions, either via video sessions or phone consultations.
• Thoroughly diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs, ensuring that goals are realistic and measurable.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting an environment of support, healing, and personal growth.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when additional support is required, ensuring comprehensive care.

• An active State of Florida license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Demonstrated experience providing effective individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and adept time-management abilities to balance client caseload effectively and complete administrative tasks as necessary.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy can enhance your candidacy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
