This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while utilizing our comprehensive telehealth platform. The workweek is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured environment that can accommodate a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess the needs of clients, followed by tailored treatment interventions.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, periodically reviewing progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance your skills and share insights that improve team performance.
• Uphold professional conduct and ethical guidelines while working with diverse populations, ensuring cultural competency and sensitivity throughout care delivery.

Your role will encompass a varied client base, including individuals and families seeking support for a broad spectrum of mental health issues. • Must hold a valid LMHC license in the State of New York.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year of post-licensure experience in an outpatient or private practice setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or trauma-focused interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in clinical documentation.
• A compassionate and collaborative approach to mental health care, with genuine empathy for clients’ experiences.
• Experience or training in cultural diversity and awareness, particularly in serving marginalized populations.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as it enhances your ability to engage effectively with clients remotely.
• Previous work with diverse patient demographics and an understanding of socio-economic factors that can impact mental health.
• Medical billing and coding experience for mental health services is advantageous.

We offer a highly competitive salary based on your experience and caseload, ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
