• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients using evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans that address each client's unique circumstances while ensuring integration with necessary services.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

The clients served by Tranquil Harmony Counseling predominantly come from underprivileged communities in Chesapeake and surrounding areas. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining confidentiality in remote settings.
