Solace Health Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our compassionate team. This full-time remote position allows you to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home while providing essential mental health support to our diverse clientele.

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will work within a flexible environment that promotes collaboration and creativity while ensuring high standards of confidentiality and ethical practices. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify each client's mental health needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client outcomes, incorporating therapeutic methodologies appropriate to their specific disorders.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including social workers and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and follow up on treatment progress.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and documentation.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills and service delivery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a similar accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to adhering to ethical standards and ensuring client confidentiality.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is an asset.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including art therapy and mindfulness practices.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Additional certifications in mental health specialties such as addiction counseling are highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may qualify for bonuses based on performance metrics. Benefits include:
