Your work will be conducted in a flexible remote setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still making a significant difference in your clients' lives. • Evaluate clients through in-depth assessments to gauge their mental health status and emotional conditions, using standardized tools and interviews.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, focusing on measurable goals and interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to client preferences and needs.
• Monitor client progress carefully, continuously adapting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, offering immediate support and safety planning.
• Keep accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with applicable legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to ensure holistic client care.
• Engage regularly in professional development and training opportunities to stay at the forefront of mental health research and clinical practices.
• Maintain adherence to the ethical standards established by relevant licensing boards, ensuring client safety and trust.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective treatment planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate rapport and trust with clients.
• A genuine, compassionate approach to therapy and a steadfast commitment to client welfare.
• Capability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Three years of experience in a mental health counseling position, with demonstrable success in client engagement and treatment outcomes.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other tech tools used in outpatient care.

• The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
