• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological states, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy, tailored to the unique dynamics and requirements of each client.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, utilizing outcome measures to inform decision-making.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and resources are available.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with the relevant regulations, legal standards, and ethical codes.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists for a holistic care approach.

As a Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will be working with a diverse client population encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise will help to ensure that each client receives personalized care that addresses their unique circumstances and needs. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
