• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding towards clients' experiences, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation in a digital environment.

• Experience working in mental health counseling in remote or telehealth settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is a plus.
