Job description

Localize is seeking an energetic, growth-minded Sales Manager to join our US-based remote team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager plays an important role in overseeing a small team of Account Executives and guiding them to execute inbound sales strategies and accelerate growth. This opportunity is perfect for a process-minded sales management professional who has proven experience selling B2B SaaS products in a startup environment with annual contract values of $30K-100K.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing day to day sales operations and execution

  • Takes directive from the Head of Sales and translates strategy into executable plans.

  • Help develop and mature the sales department processes, doubling down on tactics that have proven to be successful and iterating where opportunities for improvement are identified.

  • Encourage cross-department collaboration and liaise with peers to drive opportunities forward leveraging team members outside of your immediate team when needed.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS inbound sales teams with annual deal sizes ranging from $30K-$100K.

  • Additional 5+ years of proven success meeting quotas in a B2B SaaS role

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Hubspot automations and reporting is a must.

  • Excellent coaching and sales management skills including skill development, goal setting, and continuous feedback to drive results.

  • Process-focused working style that values accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability to drive growth.

  • A team player who is collaborative, coachable, and approachable.

  • Strong negotiating skills and closing techniques.
