This position is fully remote but closely integrates with local school systems, allowing social workers to engage directly with students and families from the comfort of their own home or remote office. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Men's Talk Mental Health Services, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Providing direct therapy, including individual, group, and family sessions, while addressing major mental health symptoms and emotional disorders.
• Collaborating with school staff and other healthcare providers to create supportive environments for students.
• Engaging families in the treatment process, facilitating communication and support to promote holistic well-being.
• Implementing evidence-based practices to deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Participating in an on-call rotation to support crisis intervention as needed, ensuring accessible care at all times.
• Completing all necessary documentation, including treatment reports and data submissions, in a timely manner.
• Regularly engaging in professional development to stay current with best practices and innovations in mental health care.

The primary client population will consist of children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and severe emotional disorders. This position will emphasize culturally competent care and the need to understand the diverse backgrounds of our clients. Your role will be crucial in identifying and addressing the unique obstacles faced by students in under-resourced environments, championing their right to quality mental health support.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Expert knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards in practice, as informed by professional codes of conduct.

While not strictly required, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
