• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders both in a remote capacity and through telehealth consultations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, establishing client care needs, and documenting findings with accuracy to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member, aligning efforts with colleagues to achieve shared goals in client care and organizational missions.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans while ensuring access to essential mental health and substance use treatment services for clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and family therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of a varied clientele.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular evaluations, adjusting care strategies to ensure the most effective interventions are in place.
• Maintain compliance with organizational protocols, professional ethical standards, and the code of conduct at Community Uplifters LLC.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and contribute to team discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

This role primarily supports individuals grappling with severe emotional disturbances and major psychiatric conditions, including substance use disorders. You will engage with a clientele that is often underrepresented and challenges societal norms. Your compassion, culture-sensitive approach, and dedication to empowerment will be pivotal in guiding them toward recovery and healthier living.

• Must possess a valid LICSW license in Washington State.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, allowing for efficient management of client caseloads and documentation.
• Competency in supporting age-specific and culturally diverse populations, with a keen understanding of their unique developmental and emotional needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges is required.
• Expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies that enhance service delivery and documentation.

This rewarding role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
