• Deliver high-quality professional counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Engage clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) while providing support and practical strategies for enhancing their capabilities and promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, billing codes, and transportation logs, adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop treatment plans that align with client goals and incorporate their feedback into care strategies.
• Assist clients with everyday challenges such as transportation to appointments, medication management, meal planning, and cooking skills through direct teaching and mentoring.
• Monitor clients' mood and behavior regularly, record observations and insights, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.
• Offer timely reminders for medication refills, ensuring clients understand their medication management and adherence protocols.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance your professional knowledge and share insights with colleagues.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and transitional life challenges. You will work collaboratively with clients from various cultural backgrounds, adapting your counseling techniques to meet their specific needs and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid mental health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in California is mandatory for this role; candidates with associate licenses are not eligible due to billing restrictions.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing a caseload of diverse clients.

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
• Background in multi-disciplinary teamwork and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
