• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions that address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions focused on improving communication, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and enhancing relationships.
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating specific short- and long-term objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing urgent mental health issues, ensuring they receive immediate support and resources.
• Educate clients and their families on various mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available support resources in their communities.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, compliant with all legal regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Follow ethical codes of conduct to preserve client confidentiality and promote informed consent throughout therapeutic processes.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to establish rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

• Previous experience with telehealth counseling or online therapy approaches.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
