• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' strengths, resources, and mental health concerns.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing recognized evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health practitioners, to develop and implement tailored, client-centered treatment plans that directly address each patient's unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during vulnerable periods.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and workshops that empower clients and foster community engagement.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client information.

This role will primarily focus on clients who are undergoing detoxification from substances, as well as those dealing with complex mental health issues. You will work with individuals from varied backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity, to create an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhanced emotional regulation, coping strategies, and overall mental health among clients seeking recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of experience in mental health services, particularly within outpatient or detox settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient management.
• Knowledge of community resources and networks for patient referrals and aftercare support.
