Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on clients who are undergoing detoxification from substances, as well as those dealing with complex mental health issues. You will work with individuals from varied backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity, to create an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhanced emotional regulation, coping strategies, and overall mental health among clients seeking recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least two years of experience in mental health services, particularly within outpatient or detox settings.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
