Job Summary
This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on Appian development and implementing Agile methodology. The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring Appian solutions meet business requirements, and driving Agile best practices within the team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in the design, development, and deployment of appian applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the appian platform.
3. Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
4. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in appian development.
5. Mentor team members on appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in appian solutions and agile processes.
Skill Requirements
