  • Continuously optimize data processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Validate received and extracted data for completeness to ensure it meets data science and system requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data pipeline workflows, ETL processes, and data dictionaries
  • Provide input and feedback on data structures, data quality, and data consistency
  • Identify data quality issues, investigate root cause analysis, and work with appropriate teams to resolve them
  • Analyze pipeline processes, identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and test solutions to optimize data ingestion and reduce implementation time
  • Support process documentation to prepare the team and company for growth and scale
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures, workflows, and data governance policies
  • Prepare presentations and reports based on analysis results and present findings to various stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner
  • Assist in client configuration, implementation, and deployment of analytic systems as needed to ensure client success
  • Periodic travel within the United States required

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-4+ years of client-facing analyst experience, specifically involving direct client engagement that includes a data component
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and concisely
  • Enjoys working with data, testing assumptions, and conducting exploratory data analysis
  • Ability to understand the meaning of data to effectively map it from source system to target system
  • Experience and/or knowledge of ETL processes and relational databases, with an understanding of ETL development
  • Strong data sense, including an ability to recognize patterns and understand central tendencies within qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technical products and skills quickly
  • Strong sense of process and understanding of how individual steps relate to achieve desired end results
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and working effectively with others
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance, particularly in complex and non-routine situations
  • Skilled in communicating effectively across multiple levels, including customers, team members, and managers, in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment (must be based in the U.S. and willing to work in Central Time Zone).
  • Summer Half-Day Fridays.
