What we need

Exolis seeking an experienced Benefits Manager who willbe responsible forthe day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave administration, and employee wellness initiatives. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for benefits, ensuring employees receive a best-in-class experience through effective program administration, education, communication, and compliance. The Benefits Manager will partner closely with internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to deliver competitive and scalable programs that supportExol'scontinued growth. This position reports to the VP of HR.

Whatyou'lldo

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and leave programs.

  • Develop andmaintainsuccessful partnerships with insurance brokers, plan administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure effective program management and service delivery.

  • Lead annualbenefitsrenewals and open enrollment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure benefit offeringsremaincompetitive, compliant, and cost-effective.

  • Administer employee wellness initiatives and develop programs that support employee wellbeing and engagement.

  • Manage benefit enrollments, COBRA, terminations, beneficiary updates, disability claims, retirement transactions, loans, hardship withdrawals, and related administrative activities.

  • Maintain and improvebenefitspolicies, procedures, documentation, and administrative processes.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including audits, reporting requirements, and plan administration standards.

  • Coordinate the transfer and validation of benefits-related data through Workday and external vendors to supportaccurateplan administration.

  • Ownbenefitscommunication,education, and training initiatives, including thecreation and delivery of open enrollment materials, employee guides, presentations, and awareness campaigns.

  • Lead the benefitsportionof new hire orientation and serve as the primary resource for employee questionsregardingbenefit programs, enrollment, and wellness offerings.

  • Perform plan audits and prepare, collect, and organize datarequiredfor actuarial assessments and vendor reviews.

  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Whatyou'llneed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 8years of experience in benefits administration and program management.

  • Experience administering health and welfare programs, retirement plans, leave programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

  • Experience working within an HRIS platform,preferablyWorkday.

  • Strong knowledge ofbenefitscompliance, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Demonstrated credibility as a benefits subject matter expert and trusted advisor.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to effectively partner with employees, leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Responsible for leading employee training and communications forExolemployee benefits.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Remote opportunity (East coast preferred)

  • Up to20%travelmay berequired. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
