Job Type: Contract

Job Description/Requirement:
  • 5+ years of application programming and analysis experience
  • Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS DB/DC
  • Experience with mainframe application development and support
  • Understanding of healthcare payer functions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle
  • Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Project leadership or project management experience is a plus
