Qualifications
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $110,800 to $138,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- ASeniorEnterpriseAgile Coach will enable our organization by developing highly effective teams andfacilitatingthe organizational culture change necessary for sustained success.
- As part of thecoachingteam, the Senior Agile Coach will bring strong consulting and facilitation skillsto guide organization leaders through improving their agile mindset.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and strong time management skills.
- As a Senior Agile Coach, you will also need an adaptive coaching style with the ability to work with teams at various levels and in locations around the world.
- Breaks downcomplex informationinto understandable terminology and actionable concepts.
- Build and support an enterpriseCoachingCenter of Excellence (COE) with consistent training and coaching available to the whole organization.
- Understandthe software development lifecycle(SDLC)andhave the ability tocoach tothe AI disruption of the traditional SDLC.Understands when to applytraditionalagile methodologies vs.when to experiment withnew approachesto manage AI disruption.Proficient in a high standard of engineering practices and how to apply them.
- Anticipates and recognizes bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement. Leads implementation teams and ensuresthe successfulexecution ofnew ideasor approaches. Coordinates withthe team to define the measures of success for process improvements.
- Identifiesthe interrelatedness of work activities across teams and recommends improvements to processes to increase effectiveness.Securesthe necessary resources or support from seniorleadershipto implementnew ideasor approaches.Ensuresprocess improvement initiatives focus on measurable results andhelpsteamsestablishmeasurements.
- Coordinates different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues and contributesownsuggestions. Thinks holisticallyto identifyopportunities around policies/ processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.Assistswitha wholesystemapproach to analyzing issues by ensuring all components (structure, people,process, and technology) areidentifiedandconsidered.
- Creates clear, concise, and organized communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages). Considers and understands the audience's specific needs and comprehension level todeterminethe mostappropriate messageand delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language.
