• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other established modalities.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting techniques to encourage personal growth and resilience in clients.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility constraints.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to remain current with the latest therapeutic practices and mental health trends.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. • Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and techniques, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from all walks of life.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on individual or group therapy.
• Knowledge of telehealth best practices and experience utilizing virtual therapy platforms.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
