Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based techniques, addressing a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.
  • Establish therapeutic goals through ongoing collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
