This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload. Even though the work is conducted virtually, you will have access to a collaborative network of professionals for peer consultation and support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based techniques, addressing a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.
• Establish therapeutic goals through ongoing collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and consistency.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about emerging mental health practices.

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. • Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences is crucial.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance your caseload with administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in a virtual therapy setting is a plus, particularly familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience conducting teletherapy sessions that utilize video conferencing platforms to engage clients effectively.
• Additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques (such as trauma-informed care or play therapy) will be considered advantageous.
