Marketing Cloud Developer

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do: 

Daily Operations
. Develop organization?s direct marketing strategies for consumer-focused product lines and touchpoints, including - but not limited to - hospitals, employed physician practices, joint ventures, new products and services. Serve as a system support administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
. Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions.
. Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
. Collaborate with internal feature development teams to determine best path for Salesforce MC/CH platform implementations.
. Work with product line strategists and other business owners to develop and design consumer journeys.
. Seek new and innovative methods of driving business results with focus on measurement and outcomes.
. Formulate system scope and objectives, develop detailed design specifications, and translate system function/features to programming specifications.
. Mentor internal teams on how to best leverage SFMC platform capabilities.
. Analyze information to recommend, and plan delivery of new journeys or modification of an existing journeys. 
. Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. 
. Confer with Health Cloud Admins and/or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities. 
. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. 
. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as system design or maintenance.
. Create Templates, Emails, Data Extensions, and Triggered Send Interactions within Email Studio.
. Prep dynamic content data files for import utilizing Microsoft Excel.
. Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects.

. Work in Agile Team to meet changing needs and requirements, developing, executing and managing Agile stories within defined scope.
. Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional areas within Business Services.
. Understands client business needs, Health Cloud platform capabilities, and requirements. Resolves issues in a thorough and timely manner.
. Troubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvement.
. Responsible for compliance with applicable Texas Health policies and procedures.
. Work with department, divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution on issues and risks.
. Participate in strategic planning meetings with the key stakeholders and manage expectations in terms of support and delivery.

Strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to use them to execute proof of concepts and experimentation with development teams as well as product delivery and support 
Ability to interact with Solution Architecture teams with projects using Agile
