Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

A New York-based telehealth opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys direct client work and clear clinical structure. The LCSW in this role will provide therapy through secure online sessions, helping clients better manage mental health concerns, life stressors, and personal challenges. This is a practical, full-time role for someone who wants to provide quality care without commuting to an office each day.

Location: New York
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for clients in New York
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and identify clinical needs
  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client presentation
  • Document sessions, treatment updates, and client progress accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in a virtual care setting
  • Recognize changes in client risk and follow proper protocols when needed

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active New York LCSW license in good standing
