This role is vital in delivering high-quality, remote clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families who are navigating mental health challenges, particularly within the school setting. This position allows for a flexible remote work environment, while also fostering collaboration with school staff and community partners. You will be working closely with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to create a supportive network around each client. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life integration.

• Provide therapeutic counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive case management services to clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting actionable and measurable goals to facilitate progress.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources, including financial assistance, housing support, and additional social services as required.
• Conduct crisis intervention for clients facing acute psychological challenges, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma reactions.
• Engage in educational outreach initiatives aimed at spreading mental health awareness and diminishing stigma within the school community.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Receive ongoing mentorship from senior clinical staff to foster both your clinical skills and personal development.

This role primarily focuses on delivering mental health support to children, adolescents, and their families within the school context. You will work with a diverse client population, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Your ability to connect with and understand your clients will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania LCSW license, enabling independent practice.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence and inclusivity.
• Proven track record of providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to thrive in both team-oriented and autonomous settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective documentation and collaboration.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in providing therapy in a mental health or school settings is preferred.
• Experience implementing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives will be highly regarded.
