Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough individual mental health assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, during virtual sessions to facilitate meaningful change.
• Maintain ethical and compassionate interactions with clients via video conferencing, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to promote positive outcomes.
• Provide clients with strategies and tools to build healthy coping mechanisms and enhance their overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges and develop the skills needed for personal and relational growth. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW-R.
• No limited or provisional license holders; a clean record without disciplinary actions is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills accompanied by a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
• Proficient computer skills for using our platform and managing client notes effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in remote counseling or telehealth settings is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000 depending on your working hours, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
