Position Details

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida to provide remote therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, create treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and document care accurately. This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who wants consistent hours, a structured clinical setting, and the ability to help clients work through mental health concerns from the privacy of their own space.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and identify client needs, risks, and goals
  • Develop treatment plans that are practical, measurable, and client-centered
  • Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship concerns
  • Maintain timely clinical notes, progress updates, and treatment documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
  • Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for virtual behavioral health care
  • Coordinate referrals or higher levels of care when clients need additional services

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
