Through our integrated telehealth platform, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being, ensuring an understanding of their individual history and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, preferences, and diagnoses.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to promote emotional healing and stability.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional concerns, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting personal growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, sharing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and strategies during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community to encourage empowerment and self-advocacy.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate actively in professional development activities and utilize research to remain up-to-date on best practices in mental health therapy.

As a therapist at Happy Cures Therapy Clinic, you will work with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your role will directly influence their ability to cope with daily life, build resilience, and achieve a healthier mental state.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments, particularly within a trauma-informed care framework.
• Strong assessment skills, with a proven ability to conduct thorough mental health evaluations and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Proficient in the delivery of individual and group therapy using various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of therapeutic alliances and effective communication with clients.
• Comfortable using electronic health record systems and technology to manage client information and clinical notes.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and managing high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
