• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, support systems, and coping mechanisms.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions tailored to client needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches.
• Effectively facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.
• Engage in crisis intervention by performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to address immediate client needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a treatment team of diverse professionals to ensure holistic and client-centered care delivery.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance treatment strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients navigating their recovery journey in our detox facility.

You will work predominantly with individuals in the detoxification process, often facing dual diagnoses including substance use disorders and underlying mental health conditions. Your role will involve providing compassionate support and targeted interventions aimed at fostering recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life for a highly vulnerable population.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within detox or outpatient environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

• Experience working specifically with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with holistic and integrative treatment modalities.
• Background in facilitating group therapy sessions or support groups.
• Experience in crisis intervention and developing safety plans.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive sign-on bonus.
