This position is based remotely, providing the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining high-quality service as part of our detox center operations. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families, tailoring interventions to meet those needs.
• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that treatment approaches are aligned with the family’s priorities.
• Monitoring and assessing client progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and enhance care pathways.
• Providing key support to families, equipping them with information, skills, and coping strategies to foster healthy development in their children.
• Complying with all relevant federal and state regulations and standards to uphold the highest level of care and safety for all individuals we serve.
• Employing evidence-based practices and natural learning environment methodologies to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Facilitating family training sessions, driving home the importance of consistent involvement in their child's progress.
• Fostering rapport and maintaining open communication with families and other team members to optimize client outcomes.

This role centers on supporting families with infants and toddlers facing developmental delays or disabilities. The ideal candidate must fulfill the following requirements:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to meet potential travel requirements.
• Demonstrated experience tailoring therapeutic approaches to various learning styles and needs.
• A minimum of one year of experience working within early intervention programs, especially with children under three.
• Commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices and passion for child development.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a collaborative spirit.
