• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions to empower clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure clients receive holistic care and support.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients are safe and supported during difficult times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community support and address common mental health issues.

Our clinic serves a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.

• Knowledge of community resources and support services available in Galveston, Texas, to strengthen client care pathways.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and improve client management.
