Our Cleveland site, home to MIM Software within GE HealthCare's Advanced Imaging Solutions segment, develops AI-enabled imaging analytics and workflow platforms that help clinicians turn complex medical images into meaningful insights, so they can diagnose conditions, plan treatments, and deliver more personalized patient care.

The Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) plays a key role in delivering high-quality training, workflow configuration, and customer support for MIM Software's advanced imaging solutions. Working closely with an Implementation Project Manager, you will guide sites through successful deployments and serve as the primary onsite expert during training, go-live, and early adoption all while ensuring alignment with the MIM Software Quality System.
MIM Software is a leader in PET, NM, and multimodality imaging. In this role, you'll train clinicians at top hospitals and cancer centers, shape their imaging workflows, and support them in achieving optimal clinical outcomes. This position offers autonomy, variety, and meaningful customer interaction as you represent MIM/GE Healthcare during critical implementation phases.
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Clinical Application Specialist with strong Nuclear Medicine (NM) and PET expertise to support customers across the Northeast region of US and Canada (USCAN).
Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical education to end-users (physicians, nurses, technologists, etc.) aligned with the sales order agreement (SOA) to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site and virtual customer training, including pre-training planning, patient "go-live" support, and essential post-go-live training.
  • Ensure consistent and timely completion of all documentation requirements throughout the pre- to post-training phases.
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers as needed.
  • Continuously broaden your own clinical and technical skills set to execute a solid training strategy.
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and relay all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to Management, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support.
  • Serve as the professional MIM Clinical Application Specialist, explaining clinical and complex technical information to various staff levels, including Radiologists, Physicists, and Facility Management.
  • Possess a basic understanding of key business drivers and how the work integrates with other internal teams.
  • Communicate relevant product intelligence, including customer concerns, opportunities, and competitive information, to appropriate internal parties.
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical culture and adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of imaging experience with at least three (3) years specifically in the PET or Nuclear Medicine (NM) modality.
  • Certification: ARRT or equivalent certification specific to the NM or PET modality.
  • A four-year Bachelor's degree program from an accredited university is preferred, preferably in a technical field.
  • Required to travel extensively (at least 80%; 4-5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada (USCAN).
  • Residence must be located no more than one (1) hour from a major airport.
  • Will be required to register with various vendor credentialing services, including proof of immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis) and drug screening.
  • Proficient use of software applications (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to quickly learn specialized, industry-specific software to provide digital education solutions.

  • Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Good Clinical and Technical Knowledge to resolve issues within established procedures, with the judgment to consult senior team members for issues outside defined parameters.
  • Autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
