As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our mental health clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, analyzing patients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to cater to unique patient scenarios.
• Meticulously maintain clinical documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy to support effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers to provide coordinated patient care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance therapeutic methodologies and improve organizational care standards.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, equipping them with knowledge and coping strategies for enhanced self-management.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to integrate evidence-based practices into your clinical work.

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.
• Have a minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
