The Sr. Product Manager, Field Marketing - Ischemic Stroke, NA - Remote is a strategic, customer-facing commercial marketing role responsible for driving adoption and growth through field execution, sales enablement, and customer engagement. This position partners closely with sales leaders, clinical teams, and customers to translate product strategy into impactful market programs, strengthen field effectiveness, and support successful commercialization of ischemic stroke solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong downstream marketing expertise with hands-on field experience, someone who understands how to enable sales teams, coach customer-facing teams, influence buying decisions, and bring market insights back into business strategy. This role requires a collaborative marketer who can operate in the field, engage physicians and key stakeholders, and help drive measurable business results.

What you will do:

Develops and executes regional field marketing strategies that translate upstream product strategy into customer-facing programs, sales initiatives, and market development activities.

Acts as a strategic marketing partner to regional sales teams, enabling execution through training, messaging, tools, customer insights, and commercialization support.

Owns sales enablement initiatives by equipping sales teams with clinical knowledge, competitive positioning, customer insights, objection handling strategies, and tools that improve field effectiveness.

Leverages market intelligence, customer insights, sales feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities, refine go-to-market strategies, and influence commercial priorities.

Builds trusted relationships with customers, physicians, key opinion leaders, and sales teams through in-market engagement, clinical education, congresses, and industry events.

Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Communications teams to deliver integrated commercialization programs.

Drives Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales initiatives by gathering field intelligence, identifying customer needs, monitoring competitive activity, and translating insights into actionable commercialization strategies.

Partners with commercial leaders to prioritize initiatives that improve adoption, customer engagement, account growth, and overall business performance.

What you will need:

Required:

  • 6+ years of work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience partnering directly with sales teams through field enablement, training, customer engagement, or commercialization initiatives preferred.
  • Experience in field marketing, downstream marketing, commercial marketing, sales enablement, or a related customer-facing marketing role preferred.
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • MBA preferred

  • US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual
  • US10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
  • US15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual
  • US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual
  • US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
