Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments to identify client symptoms, assess functioning, and understand daily habits.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapeutic programs and activities that integrate into clients' everyday lives, promoting engagement and wellness.
  • Offer ongoing support through our digital platform, providing real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and program modifications tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor client progress through clinical assessments and engagement data, continually refining care plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Celebrate client milestones and collaboratively tackle barriers to their engagement in treatment.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work and a current state license in good standing.
