As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated services. • Conducting thorough assessments of students exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders to determine appropriate interventions.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that are tailored to each student's unique needs, ensuring their access to essential services and resources.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on immediate issues presented by clients and aligned with their treatment goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while complying with ethical and organizational standards.
• Participating actively in team meetings and case reviews to contribute to collaborative care strategies and enhance service delivery.
• Assisting in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and guidance to students in distress.

This position primarily focuses on students from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in under-resourced educational environments. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
