This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide services from a location that suits you while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a structured environment for both colleagues and clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health, including evaluation of emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to determine appropriate interventions.
• Provide individual and group therapy for diverse mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, continually adapting these plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using electronic health records (EHR), facilitating accurate updates to treatment strategies while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Maintain adherence to ethical and professional standards, including obtaining informed consent and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

Our patient population includes individuals from a variety of backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and more. You will work closely with these individuals to understand their needs, provide support, and foster resilience. Your efforts will directly impact their recovery process and general mental health well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services in clinical settings, preferably community health environments.
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with medical professionals.
• Strong clinical competencies to evaluate and develop customized treatment plans based on evidenced-based methodologies.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies utilized for managing patient data.
• A deep understanding of various mental health conditions and the complexities involved in treating them.
• Ability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Previous experience in a remote work setting, familiar with telehealth protocols and virtual therapy practices.
• Knowledge of community-based resources and programs to assist in facilitating patient support.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally responsive practices.
