Work Environment

This role will be primarily a remote outpatient position, enabling you to deliver care conveniently and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven approaches.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy as needed, tailoring therapeutic strategies to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Utilize strong diagnostic and clinical skills to identify mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Implement crisis management protocols effectively when faced with urgent client needs, ensuring safety and proper care.
  • Collaborate with case management and other team members to facilitate integrated care for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes and support.
  • Leverage electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document client interactions and maintain organized, accurate patient records.
  • Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy to best serve your clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Working primarily with adult clients, you will encounter a range of mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Your work will directly contribute to improving the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals navigating these conditions.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid Social Work License per State Regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
  • Strong foundation in a variety of psychotherapy approaches, with familiarity in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.
  • Displayed ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting while managing multiple client needs and maintaining focus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Verification of no history of Medical Malpractice Claims, as confirmed by a Third Party.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
