Position: Clinical Data Manager / CDISC
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20–25 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical data generation. Ensure every artifact reconciles across protocols, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.
  • Validate synthetic data rooms for realism, internal consistency, and traceability.
  • Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities.
  • Enforce cross-file consistency to ensure patient data integrity across raw data and TLFs.
  • Manage CDISC and SDTM conformance work and EDC build through database lock.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms.
  • Hands-on experience with CDISC and SDTM.
  • Comfortable with EDC build through database lock.
  • Location: US or Canada.

Preferred

  • 10–25 years of experience.
  • 30+ hours/week availability.
