Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients who experience symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, providing assessment and therapeutic interventions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote holistic approaches in meeting clients' needs and achieving shared goals.

  • Timely completion of required documentation, reports, and data submissions is essential for quality assurance and service improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve clients experiencing significant psychological challenges, including those with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, and trauma-related conditions. By providing culturally sensitive and accessible mental health services, you will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to achieve recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities specific to behavioral health.

  • Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to articulate clinical insights clearly.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
