In this role, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments using both diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that follow evidenced-based practices, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, to respond appropriately to each student's unique requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to uphold compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and family members to create an integrated plan of care for each student.
• Conducting regular case consultations and participating in peer review meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and enhance professional development.
• Providing education and resources to students and their families regarding mental health topics, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
• Continually updating clinical knowledge by engaging with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health, thereby integrating new insights into practice.

You will be working primarily with students from diverse backgrounds, ranging in age and presenting a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, demonstrating licensed competency and dedication to ethical standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing therapy in a school or community-based setting.
• A demonstrated ability to employ solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, families, and multifaceted teams.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital mental health resources.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
