• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to establish baseline data and identify key areas for intervention.
• Create tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and preferences, using trauma-informed practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to promote positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation to discuss challenging cases and ongoing professional growth.
• Stay current with developments in mental health practices and regulations, contributing to a culture of learning within the team.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida.
