This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide services comfortably from your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. You will collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 100% telehealth therapy services, conducting individual, couple, and family sessions through video conferencing platforms designed for secure and confidential consultations.
  • Regularly assess client needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving circumstances and feedback.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop treatment strategies and share insights that contribute to holistic client care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans following our in-house policies and standards for telehealth practices.
  • Support clients in achieving their treatment goals through appropriate therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD. You will utilize a client-centered approach that encourages open communication and fosters a safe space, allowing clients to freely express their feelings and concerns.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • License to practice psychotherapy independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent credentials such as Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy to children, teens, and/or young adults in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in delivering various forms of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) via telehealth, with a strong emphasis on practical application.
