• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate mental health screenings to identify conditions that require intervention and collaboratively arrange for comprehensive care.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary collaboration with other health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care that benefits all clients.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously using our integrated electronic health records system.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about mental health strategies, particularly in relation to managing symptoms associated with mild traumatic brain injuries.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling.
• Assist in outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental wellness in the community and increasing access to our services.

This role specifically focuses on individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to those recovering from mild traumatic brain injuries. Our diverse client base encompasses a wide range of backgrounds and needs, reinforcing the importance of a culturally competent approach to counseling.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• An active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Solid understanding and experience in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injuries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms for remote counseling.
• Background in holistic mental health practices and community mental health services.
• Completion of training or certification programs focused on trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral methodologies.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
