This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your caseload from a location that is convenient for you. Although the role is remote, you will be engaging directly with students, parents, and educational staff through digital communication platforms, attending virtual meetings, and utilizing online tools for client support. • Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions with clients presenting diverse mental health concerns, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses, utilizing psychological tests and clinical interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans and goals, ensuring they align with the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including immediate assessments for suicidality and the facilitation of hospitalization when required.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and educators to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance service delivery.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records that comply with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the formulation and refinement of clinical policies and procedures to foster a collaborative and effective therapeutic environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and team cohesion.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. This position plays a critical role in identifying and supporting at-risk youth, providing interventions that can significantly affect their academic performance and social skills. Your insights will not only contribute to individual improvement but will also shape the overall mental health climate within the educational institution.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license in Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health services, preferably within school or community settings.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and a proven ability to implement them effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to work sensitively and effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and documentation.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to navigate complex issues with ease.

• Experience collaborating with educational staff within a school context to develop mental health programming.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and methods for effective remote client engagement.
• Additional training in crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
