• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to client goals, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies regarding patient privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and educational professionals, to foster holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions on their mental health journey.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and treatment modalities, integrating new strategies into your practice to improve client care.

Your role will focus on a diverse range of clients within the school setting, addressing various mental health challenges. You will work with children, adolescents, and adult clients, providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Building a rapport with clients from varied backgrounds and experiences is crucial, as is adapting your therapeutic approach to fit their unique circumstances.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification and an active state license without any disciplinary actions on record.
• Proven skills in clinical social work, including expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable with utilizing technology and remote systems for therapy and documentation purposes.

• Experience working in a school setting or with a pediatric population is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and teletherapy best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educational professionals and community stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually based on your experience and expertise.
